Canton's institutional flywheel showed up in the governance record this fortnight. The Global Synchronizer Foundation approved two dozen new validator operators — among them HSBC, Citadel and two Taiwanese banks — while Fireblocks cleared the milestones to join the Super Validator set. Behind the headlines, Tokenomics kept tuning the machinery: a 760,000-plus Canton Coin distribution went out for onchain approval, five cross-chain apps advanced toward Featured App status, and several others were paused or had identifiers revoked pending review.
